Recovering your hair after a big loss

Good morning ! I am 30 years old and over the past few months I had started losing hair at an alarming rate. This problem disappeared recently, I'm not sure why, in any case the rate of renewal of my hair has returned more or less to normal. Only these few months of loss have had an impact, I now have the beginnings of thirty-year-old baldness. It's not really visible but I would still like to remedy it. Since I'm currently losing as much hair as I'm gaining, I don't think the hole will heal on its own and I would like to know if there are hair regrowth methods for that...
