Fissurectomy with Anoplastir

Hello everyone,

I have been suffering from acute and chronic anal fissure for over 4 years. I had surgery a few days ago on April 9.

I am taking a treatment of Dafalgan or tramadol, Keteprophene, Coltramyl, Flagyl 500, lansoyl and Transipeg. Since the operation, I have felt nauseous and I have an acute diarrhea, even though I take laxatives once a day. I had stools more than 4 times a day, which caused very intense pain.

Each time I had a bowel movement, I took a 15-minute sitz bath + a ciatridine cream. I feel that the inside of the anus is not very clean at the end of stools. In your opinion, are there any risks of infection? How can I make sure the wound (inside is clean).

Is there a prpctologist who can give me his opinion on the treatment I am undergoing? Is the diarrhea I've had since the operation normal?

Because I can no longer move with the pain (mainly burns).
