yoga literature/exercises for beginners
Hello,
Having major problems with stress+food+weight 😒, I am tempted by the practice of yoga (of course not as a quick and magical solution).
To do this, I opted for the "at home" solution (not recommended in different posts but hey...😇) but I don't know what to take as support (books or/and cassettes) and then which titles to choose? ❓
I have seen quite a few books on different sites but I wouldn't know which one to choose.

Because while thinking about it, I said to myself that even in a group lesson the teacher is not going to take special care of me and 'reprove' me what is logical,
